Terms and Conditions
All roleplay sessions are restricted to 90 minutes per play.
Session bookings are non-refundable. 24 hours’ notice is required for a session transfer.
We operate pre-defined play sessions to allow us time to tidy up in between, ensuring that every child gets to experience KidZ City at its best. You may turn up at any time during a play session but you will be required to leave the role play area at the end of that session even if you have not been there for the full 90 minutes.
a 20% Deposit must be paid to reserve the space upon booking.
The Deposit is non refundable.
All parties must be paid in full 7 days prior to party. If full payment is not recieved 7 days before party date the booking will be cancelled and is non refundable.
KidZ City Ltd cannot be held responsible for paid children who are unable to attend the party. Payment for the number of children booked must be paid for, even if they do not all turn up for the party.
Once th loyalty card has been stamped with KidZ City Ltd Stamp Mark 10 times you recieve one free child entry.
KidZ City Ltd does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children, this is solely the carers responsibility.
Everyone using the soft play and role play area must wear socks for safety and hygiene reasons.
No food or drink will be taken into the soft play and role play areas.
At busy times KidZ City Ltd will restrict 2 hours of play at any 1 time to ensure all our customers are able to enjoy our centre.
No clothing with ropes or cords should be worn in our centre.
No sharp objects are to be taken into the play areas.
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited on site.
Any child who is vomiting or has had a contagious illness within the last 48 hours must leave immediately or not enter the play centre.
Balls must not be taken from the play areas.
Toys and props must not be taken from the role play area. KidZ City Ltd are not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
The gaming area is for your childs enjoyment if seen to be misusing any equipment the area will off limits to that child. Controls will be given upon request with a returnable deposit of £5.00 when handed back in a non damaged state.
Fighting, abusive language and bullying is not acceptable and will not be tolerated by any persons found to be acting inappropriately and will be asked to leave immediately.
Parents are solely responsible for the behaviour and the wellbeing of the children in their care and supervision must be maintained at all times.
Please report any food or beverage spillages to a member of staff.
Please report all accidents to a member of staff. Any accidents or incidents will be dealt with in the correct manner immediately for the safety of those involved and to prevent further incidents from occurring.
Please report any damages to a member of staff.
In interest of hygiene please place nappies in the bins provided.
KidZ City Ltd reserve the right to close part of or all of the play centre during trading times for reasons that could occur without any notice and compensation.
No unaccompanied adults are to enter KidZ City Ltd unless authorised by management. All exits are electronically controlled by staff only. CCTV in all areas.
No pictures of children except your own may be taken or used on social media etc.
